All meals at each of our centres are prepared fresh daily on the premises in our fully equipped kitchens and our menus have been designed to offer children a minimum of 50% of their daily nutritional requirements.
We have both a summer and a winter menu that incorporates an abundance of fresh produce. Our menus operate on a 5-week rotation allowing the children to embrace a variety of meals and experience global tastes and flavours.
David Bryant from Catalyst Dietitian reviews our meal plans and ensures they not only meet the recommended nutritional standards, but where possible, exceed them.
Our centres follow strict cleaning and safety guidelines in regards to food preparation and personal hygiene habits whilst undergoing regular audits and inspections.
We take our responsibility of serving high-quality meal options so seriously that we have our seasonal menus independently assessed by an external, qualified Dietitian.
We also aim to support and cater for children with food allergies and dietary needs, as well as providing for specific cultural and religious practices. All centres are specifically "nut free" and all staff have anaphylaxis and first aid training.
